for the Prize    "  N  O  R  D  V  A  R  D  ".
 
     
     
          Leutnant zur See d.R.    N  e  u  n  e  y  e  r    is assigned command of the prize                     "  N  O  R  D  V  A  R  D  ".  
     
          In and out of service, he is the disciplinary superior of all NCOs and crewmen, as well as all prisoners on board.  
     
          He has orders to bring in the prize on the designated route to Bordeaux or to a port designated by the Naval War Command.  
     
          In the event of resistance from the crew or the prisoners, immediate action must be taken ruthlessly, and the ship must be blown up if necessary. The crew and the prisoners must be informed of this.  
     
          If enemy warships challenge the ship, demolition must be carried out as late as possible so that the crew and prisoners have time to disembark. A precise lifeboat roll is to be provided. The crew and the prisoners must also be informed of this.  
     
         Secret papers, classified information and mail are to be destroyed when being boarded.  
     
          Permission to transmit:  
 
1) When being boarded,
2) On orders from Naval War Command, if the Prize Officer sees the opportunity as favorable.
